Welcome to Farmhouse Furniture Tulsa. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Every piece of furniture we build is handcrafted from real solid wood and made specifically for each customer. Because wood is a natural material, no two pieces of furniture will ever be identical, and stain colors will not appear exactly the same from one board or piece to another. Grain patterns, knots, mineral streaks, natural undertones, absorption of stain, color variation, and other natural characteristics are unique to each piece of wood.

Even when the same wood species, stain color, and finishing process are used, variations in grain and wood density can cause different areas of a piece to absorb stain differently. These natural variations are expected, are part of the beauty and authenticity of handcrafted solid wood furniture, and are not considered defects.

Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place in our production schedule. An order is not officially placed on our build schedule until the deposit has been received.

Before the deposit is made, Farmhouse Furniture Tulsa will complete a final project consultation with the customer to confirm the specifications of the custom furniture piece, including applicable dimensions, design details, wood species, stain or paint selection, hardware, and other custom features.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving these specifications before submitting their deposit.

The remaining 50% balance is due when production begins or immediately before production begins. Production will not begin until the remaining balance has been paid in full.

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable because it reserves production time, covers project planning, and allows us to prepare for and purchase materials specifically for your project.

Once production begins, the order becomes fully non-refundable and all sales are final.

We accept various forms of payment, including credit and debit cards.

We also offer a cash price for customers who prefer to pay without using a credit card. Cash-price payment methods may include:

Production & Custom Orders

Every piece is handcrafted specifically for each customer.

Estimated production time is typically 3–6 weeks, depending on project complexity and our current production schedule. While we strive to meet estimated completion dates, they are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Because materials are purchased specifically for your project and production time is reserved, all deposits are non-refundable.

The final design and project specifications are confirmed with the customer before the deposit is made and the project is placed on our production schedule.

Once production has begun, no changes may be made to dimensions, design, wood species, stain or paint color, hardware, or other project specifications.

Once production begins, the project is fully non-refundable and may not be canceled.

Customers will be notified when their furniture is complete and ready for pickup or delivery.

Monday – Saturday
10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Delivery

Local delivery is available within a 30-mile radius for $250.

Customers are responsible for ensuring there is a safe and accessible path for delivery.

Farmhouse Furniture Tulsa is not responsible for damages resulting from inaccessible delivery locations, customer-requested placement, or damages occurring after the furniture has been accepted by the customer.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon pickup or completed delivery.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins; however, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable because it reserves production time, covers project planning, and allows us to prepare for and purchase materials specifically for your project.

The remaining 50% balance is due when production begins or immediately before production begins.

Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

This cancellation policy does not limit Farmhouse Furniture Tulsa's responsibility to address verified workmanship defects or qualifying delivery damage as described in our Return Policy.

Return Policy

Every piece of furniture we build is handcrafted specifically for each customer. Because each project is custom-built to the customer's specifications, all sales are final once production begins.

If your furniture arrives with damage caused by workmanship or transportation provided by Farmhouse Furniture Tulsa, please notify us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and include photographs of the issue.

Verified workmanship defects will be repaired or otherwise resolved at no additional cost.

The following are not considered defects:

Natural grain variation
Knots
Mineral streaks
Natural wood color variation
Variations in stain color or stain absorption
Differences in color or appearance between individual boards
Seasonal expansion or contraction of solid wood
Small surface checks
Other naturally occurring characteristics of solid wood

Solid wood is a natural material, and stain reacts differently to individual boards based on grain, density, mineral content, and other natural characteristics. For this reason, exact color uniformity cannot be guaranteed. Variations in color, grain, and stain absorption are expected and are not considered defects.

These characteristics are expected and make every handcrafted piece unique.

Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of their furniture after pickup or delivery.
